Location:
Searle House, Exeter, EX2 5EN
Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours/week, 4 - 5 days per week out of 7
Salary: Hospiscare Band 6: 37,338 - 44,962 per annum pro rata
As a Senior Registered Nurse within the Ward, you will work alongside the existing Senior Nurse to support the day-to-day running of the ward and assist the Ward Managers in leading the team to deliver evidence-based palliative care in the inpatient setting.
This role involves overseeing and implementing care for patients and their loved ones, supporting and educating staff to ensure alignment with Hospiscare values, facilitating patient discharges, and contributing to the development of practice within the multi-disciplinary team.
