Senior Nurse (SN) Position

We are happy to announce an opportunity for the role of

Senior Nurse

within our team. This vital position will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Manager to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional care in our home.

About the Role

The Senior Nurse will be responsible for:

Actively supporting the Clinical Manager in all aspects of clinical and operational management. Balancing a mix of on-the-floor and off-the-floor responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the home. Taking full responsibility for managing the home with the support of the Care Team Leader in the absence of both the Clinical Manager and the Home Manager. On Call - The SN will be on call during the Clinical Manager's absence, on-call rotation with the management team offering telephone and sometimes in-person checks and also available on rotation to work some weekend hours

Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. Previous management experience is preferable Be confident in decision-making and taking responsibility for the home when needed. Have extensive experience in clinical nursing and the ability to handle both clinical and management duties in the absence of the senior management team. Valid NMC Pin Number

Pay: 22.00-23.50 per hour
