About the Role

This is a dynamic full-time (40 hours/week) senior role ideal for a well-rounded RVN who thrives in an ECC environment and is keen to step into a leadership position. You'll provide support across multiple departments--wards, theatre, consults, and emergency care--and may develop a specific area of clinical focus as the role evolves.



Your rota will involve varied weeks as you cover for other senior team members, adding excellent scope and variety to your day-to-day. You'll also support and mentor a wide team of RVNs and trainees.

Our Facilities

This busy 24-hour hospital is kitted out with advanced diagnostics including a CT scanner, in-house lab, and surgical capabilities ranging from orthopaedics to minimally invasive procedures. The site also boasts a large, collaborative team including 24 vets, 27 RVNs, 14 student nurses, and 7 VCAs--plus a dedicated front-of-house team.

You'll be an experienced RVN, confident across hospital departments, and passionate about sharing your knowledge with others. A strong team player with leadership potential and excellent communication skills, you'll help guide an ambitious team in a high-standard clinical setting.
