Main responsibilities



Responding to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information in a timely and efficient manner Working with existing clients, including e-commerce clients Finding and onboarding new clients Attend to client's complaints and resolve issues promptly Provide a high level of customer support Closely working with internal stakeholders to assist with the onboarding process of new customers Maintaining CRM system Having an outstanding knowledge of the company's products and services Can work with clear revenue targets that forms a part of RMs pay structure

Skills and experience requirements:



1-3 years of experience in customer service in financial industry / banking sector (key accounts). Experience with working with e-commerce clients desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Good decision maker, solution orientated Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply Highly driven and self-motivated Honest, professional and trustworthy Excellent attention to details Ability to lead and work within a team Excellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients Exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic Experience in financial services desirable Knowledge of another European language is a plus
