What you'll do
Lead and coach a small team through complex sales cases
Manage smooth, compliant transactions from start to finish
Write and review listings and campaigns that attract the right buyers
Keep trackers and forecasts updated to spot risks early
Champion smarter ways of working using Salesforce and digital tools

You have
Experience in tenant sales, staircasing, resales and retirement sales
Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate others
Great knowledge of compliance and affordable housing rules
Confidence using Salesforce and interpreting sales data
A knack for writing clear, engaging sales content

We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.
