Criteria
- Must be experienced and hold Diploma L3 / L4 relating to Residential Child care, or equivalent Diploma/ Degree
Experience in a children's home setting (essential)
Supervisory experience ( Preferred )
Responsibilities
Working and supporting children in line with their care plans to create positive outcomes. Supporting the Registered Manager in Leading and developing the team
Supervising staff
Rota and Shift planning
Direct interaction with children including activities, cooking, and engaging with the wider community
Supporting children's Educational and Health needs
General house duties and cleaning
Carrying out health & safety checks
Completing house budgets
Completing and updating children's care planning
Supporting the team to understand and implement children's care plans
Developing and delivering dynamic risk assessments
Support children's Keyworkers
Support the Registered Manager in care planning
Attend meetings with and behalf of the Registered Manager
