Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior (rcw) to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our residential childcare home for 2 children on a 121 staff ratio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and possess strong communication and organisational skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement care plans for children in line with regulatory requirements including keyworker responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices and standards
- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
- Support the Deputy Manager and team in day-to-day operations

-To be included in the homes on call system(additional pay) as part of your professional development

Experience:
- 2 Years residential childcare experience and looking for progression
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT and compliant paperwork skills
- Diploma level 3 in residential childcare preferred
