An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Support Worker to support a team in running a beautiful two-bedroom home.
You will be working with a dynamic organisation with a highly experienced and skilled management team.
Being part of a team, you will gain an understanding of parenting through the PACE model of care. You will want to develop a further understanding of Dyadic Developmental Practice.
All team members are trained as DDP informed practitioners and our commitment would continue and grow in this area.
You will work in a small home with two children, who have suffered trauma and as a result, have attachment disorder and display challenging behaviour.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Registered Manager to help ensure that the Home meets high standards.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, making sure care standards are of the highest quality.
Developing and leading a fantastic team and practice.
Part of an on-call rota.
Mentoring to support our PACE and DDP understanding.
Skills

Minimum Level 3 NVQ/ QCF in children.
Experience of working with children
Willing to work towards a QCF LV 5 in leadership and management after successful probation.
Salary - Per annum 32,500-35,000 depending on experience and qualifications. It includes a sleep-in allowance of two nights per week.
Must hold a valid driving licence.
