Senior Residential Childcare Worker

to help bring this incredible vision to life. We are now starting to build an amazing team with an ongoing start date to be confirmed. So, if you feel that you are ready to be part of an exciting venture in the very near future then reach out. To begin with all training will take place in Peterborough at our sister homes to ensure you are up to speed with the business needs and processes.in place before you end up at Washington House in Moulton Seas End.

What You'll Do:

Lead by example - supporting, mentoring and guiding the team Create and deliver personalised care plans that truly make a difference Ensure the emotional and physical well-being of children in our care Confidently manage distress behaviours with compassion and resilience and trauma informed care Work closely with external professionals to provide outstanding holistic care Keep clear, accurate records to support each child's journey

What We're Looking For:

A

Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)

(or equivalent)

Significant experience

in residential childcare (you've seen it, done it, and thrived!) A

full UK driving licence

- this is essential

Endless energy

, resilience and a true passion for working with children Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills
