What We're Looking For

Experience in a residential children's home. Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent A natural leader with strong communication and people skills A genuine love for working with young people and a creative, can-do attitude Calm under pressure, with an instinct for when to lead and when to listen
