Job Description

Parker SC operates trauma informed residential children's homes in Northallerton and Brompton on Swale, within the North Yorkshire region. We require two Team Leaders (Senior Residential Childcare workers) in our DL10 homes.

The rates of pay are as follows:

Team leader 14.20

Team leader with on call responsibilities 15.20

Sleeps are required, and are paid at the rate of 50

Schedule:

Shift patterns vary, and can be discussed at interview. Please note the role involves sleep in duties, and evening and weekends. Please do not apply if you are looking for a 9-5 role.

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required) NVQ Level 4 Residential childcare (preferred)
