Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Child Care Provider to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, and experience in creating and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Duties

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of each child. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns. Organise activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Maintain a clean and organised space for play and learning. Drive children to various activities or appointments as required. Collaborate with other childcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Stay informed about best practices in childcare and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to develop care plans that meet the diverse needs of children. IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children as necessary. A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality childcare. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are advantageous.

Pay: 33,500.00-37,500.00 per year
