Compensation:



Managerial & On-Shift Time:

40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.

Sleeps:

6 per month, at 50 each.

Base Salary:

26,208 to 27,664

Additional Pay:

250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

Requirements:



Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or at least 60% course completion.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.

Age:

At least 22 years old to comply with children's homes regulations.

License:

Valid driving license.
