to lead shifts, support staff, and help young people rebuild their futures.

What the Role Looks Like
This is your chance to make a bigger impact -- not just through care, but through leadership. You'll:
Lead shifts
, mentor junior staff, and set the tone for quality practice
Support young people with
daily routines, education, and life skills
Manage incidents, update care plans, and liaise with professionals
Be a
calm, confident role model
in a trauma-informed setting
Join the
senior on-call rota
(50/day, min. 7 days/month = 350+)
Your Weekly Pattern:
Week 1:
3 shifts (approx. 37.5 hrs)
Week 2:
4 shifts (approx. 50 hrs)
Mix of
day shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights
What You'll Need
Level 3 Residential Childcare
qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a
children's residential setting
Strong, confident leadership on shift
A
calm, therapeutic approach
in high-pressure situations
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
What You'll Get
14.75-15.50 per hour
