As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in shaping lives and leading by example. This isn't just a job, It's a chance to guide, mentor, and inspire both young people and your team.
What you'll do
Lead and run shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Mentor and support a Team
Deliver trauma-informed care and maintain a safe, nurturing environment
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
Handle safeguarding and complex situations with confidence
Work collaboratively with professionals and participate in team meetings
What we're looking for
QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or significant experience in residential care
Experience running shifts in a children's residential home (essential)
At least 1 year supporting young people and ideally 1 year in a supervisory role
Age 21+ (Due to care regulations)
Compassion, resilience, and strong leadership skills
Full UK manual driving licence
