to join our dedicated team in our brand-new home in Kirkby.

Your Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll:
Be a trusted adult for children, creating safe, loving relationships
Support with daily living, personal care, education, and activities
Safeguard and protect young people at all times
Implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs
Work with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
Lead by example, helping create a positive, stable home environment
Support with outings, appointments, and record-keeping
What We're Looking For
Level 3/4 Children & Young People's Workforce (or willing to work towards)
1+ year experience in children's residential care (or similar)
Resilience, patience, and a nurturing personality
Strong communication skills & IT literacy
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desirable)
