About the role:
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, your role is to assist the home's management team in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and uphold the organisation's mission statement and values. To support and assist in the leadership of the care team to enable them to dynamically meet the changing needs of the children and young people, and to support in the day to day running and delivery of practice across the home.
The shift patterns for this role are done on a rolling rota, 1 day on and 2 days off.
This is an exciting opportunity for an existing senior support worker or and RSW looking to take the next step and be part of a new care company based in Bradford.
We are looking for an individual who can help create a solid foundation and continue building a culture that meets the company's ethos.

Must have experience within a children's home and hold a Level 3/4 in residential childcare or equivalent.
