Flexible shifts (work 1/3 of the year)The Role
Lead a team in delivering high-quality care in a residential setting. You'll ensure children's needs are met through effective care plans, a nurturing environment, and team support.
What You Need
Experience in residential childcare Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete) Full UK driving licence Strong leadership, communication & behaviour support skills Knowledge of therapeutic parenting and de-escalation Confident with IT systems for care documentation
Key Duties
Supervise care staff and ensure quality standards Develop and review individual care plans Communicate with families and professionals Monitor team performance and lead meetings Maintain accurate records
