THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the UK's most recognised and loved retailers.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering print POS and in-store digital advertising assets to stores across the UK and internationally. You'll also oversee a range of in-store activations and promotional activity.
You'll lead a team of six marketing executives, as well as managing agencies and budgets, to ensure that campaigns are delivered as planned.
As a senior member of the marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of strategy to drive customer engagement and revenue. It's a fast paced environment but with a lot of autonomy and respect.
YOU
We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- proven manager-level marketing experience from within the retail sector
- experience managing budgets, teams and agencies (media, creative, print, distribution etc)
- extensive knowledge of print/digital POS production processes (including digital screens, windows displays etc)
- experience working with stores across multiple UK sites and, ideally, internationally
- experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partners
- great at data/insights/reporting - looking at the campaign performance to inform and improve future campaigns
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
