Sales o Greet and serve all customers providing a fast friendly service. o Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary. o Ensure good knowledge of all functions of watches and other Swatch products. o Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to guaranteed and after sales service. o Help display merchandise as directed. o Contribute to the store reaching its monthly sales targets. o Oversee colleagues on the shop floor to ensure best practise is adhered to at all times, providing on the spot feedback when required Security o Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till. o Maintain/build a general awareness of products and security hot spots. o Follow Company policy and procedures for opening/closing the store. o All transactions to be handled in a responsible and secure way Reporting o Accurate reporting of all administration and stock control. o Collation of sales figures. o Clearly articulate/communicate any issues the store has had in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager Care of the Store o Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times. o Delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure productivity during peak trade Communication o Adhere to company policies and regulations. o Attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager. o Hold briefing sessions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. o Confident to communicate at all levels, within the Store and with the wider Swatch Group teams o Present and conduct yourself in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues, ensuring all communication is clear. o Be familiar with international customer's customs and culture. Product Knowledge o Attend regular training programmes. o Confidently deliver product knowledge and train colleagues on upcoming collections o Take responsibility, and be self-motivated and pro-active, to understand all new products and apply training and instructions. o Be able to deliver good product knowledge to our customers. Other o To undertake duties and responsibilities which may fall within the remit of such a post under the direction of your line manager. o As a member of the store management team be prepared to act up in a more senior capacity when the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager are out of the business o Assist the store management team to lead and inspire your colleagues. o Ensure service standards and behaviours are in line with training and Swatch guidelines at all times

Essential o Passionate to lead, motivate and engage a team o Driven to improve conversion and ensure the store and team meet KPIs o Enjoys developing team members, with the ability to provide constructive and positive feedback o Passionate about providing the highest level of customer experience, leading by example for other team members o Uses initiative to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running the store and providing ideas for improvements Preferred o Previous experience in retail and/or fashion accessories o Have experience dealing with international customers o Ability to communicate in multiple languages o Previous Supervisory experience
