Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic and friendly team selling high end evening wear, bridesmaid and prom gowns .

You must have relevant retail experience and be energetic , confident and well spoken as in this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Senior Assistant you will be supporting the management team in achieving store objectives.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Assist customers in selecting a gown , providing product knowledge and recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and store goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service in a senior role. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences as well as a genuine love for the product .
