Role Overview

We are seeking a proven Senior Revit MEP Designer to join an established delivery team working on complex high end projects. The role is aimed at experienced designers capable of taking co-ordinated models through to full manufacturing output while working collaboratively within a structured team environment. information.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed Revit MEP models as part of a multi-disciplinary team Lead and contribute to MEP coordination and clash resolution Develop models from coordination level through to manufacturing and fabrication drawings Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and external consultants Support and guide less experienced team members when required Attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings Ensure all outputs are buildable, accurate and programme-aligned

Required Experience

Demonstrable senior level experience using Revit for MEP services Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services Proven track record delivering co-ordinated construction and manufacturing drawings Comfortable working within a team and taking ownership of your scope Able to work independently without supervision once briefed

Commercial Terms:

35-45 per hour,

dependent on experience and capability
