We are seeking a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to lead the coordination and delivery of MEP models across multiple projects. You will take ownership of coordination delivery and model quality, working closely with project engineers and the BIM Manager to ensure coordinated, buildable design information.This role is suited to an experienced coordinator who is confident leading projects from a coordination perspective, mentoring others, and working within structured BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the production and coordination of Revit MEP models on assigned projects.
Take responsibility for coordination delivery and overall model quality.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical models with architectural and structural information.
Lead clash detection activities, coordination reviews, and issue resolution.
Work within an established Common Data Environment (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360) to support model exchange and collaboration.
Ensure drawings, schedules, and model outputs meet project requirements, quality standards, and agreed deadlines.
Support ISO 19650-aligned project workflows in collaboration with the BIM Manager.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level coordinators and trainees.
Contribute to the ongoing development of BIM standards, templates, and coordination processes.
Skills & Experience
Significant experience using Revit MEP in a consultancy or contractor environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services design.
Proven experience leading coordination on multi-discipline projects.
Confident working within a CDE and collaborative BIM workflows.
Good working knowledge of BIM delivery processes and coordination best practice.
Experience with coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead coordination activities within project teams.
