Your team


As part of Revenue Operations, you'll be working closely with all our commercial teams including sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing. Your team consists of highly-motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds that drive and support each other. Your mission


As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager you'll be the strategic partner helping our Sales organization run smarter, faster, and more predictably. By owning the systems, insights, and workflows that power Sales, you'll make it easier for our teams to do what they do best -- build relationships and close deals.

Your work will sharpen forecasting, identify risks early, and boost efficiency through better tools and processes. With clear, data-driven insights and consistent practices across regions, you'll help leadership make confident, informed decisions that drive growth.

Your responsibilities


Forecasting & Pipeline ManagementPartner with Sales leaders to keep forecasting accurate, pipelines healthy, and deals on track. Keep an eye on coverage models, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity to spot gaps and risks early.


Sales Process OptimizationMaintain and evolve our sales processes (MEDDPICC, stage definitions, handovers) to keep things consistent across regions. Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success Ops, and Partnerships to keep our Allbound GTM plans aligned. Collaborate with RevTech to streamline workflows, boost automation, and keep our data clean and reliable.


Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports across Salesforce, BI tools (like ThoughtSpot), and spreadsheets. Turn data into actionable insights that help us understand performance, productivity, and pipeline trends.


Enablement & AdoptionWork hand in hand with Enablement to roll out new processes, playbooks, and tool improvements. Make sure Sales teams confidently use and benefit from the tools and processes we put in place.

Your story



+

You can work in a hybrid format where you're able to work on-site in our London office twice a week

, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week. + You have 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in the B2B SaaS industry.
+ You know Salesforce inside out, from building dashboards and automations to keeping data clean and reliable.
+ You have a proven track record in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory/BoBs design.
+ You've got an analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
+ You know how to partner with senior Sales leaders, and use data-driven insights to back your approach.
+ You're a fluent English speaker who thrives in an international environment.
