Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Specialist - Benefits to join a dynamic and growing team in Bristol (Please note this role is offered on a hybrid basis \xe2\x80\x93 3 days per week in the office). As a Senior Reward Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing benefit programs to align with the business needs of our technology sector organization. Reporting to the Director of Pensions and Benefits, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and regularly updating benefit programs and policies to meet the evolving requirements of the business. This is a full-time role, however 4 days per week will be considered.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and regularly update benefit programs and policies to meet business requirements.
- Manage and review existing benefit policies and third-party suppliers to ensure their effectiveness.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain the competitiveness of our benefits within the total reward offering.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders outside of the reward team, including Colleague Experience, OD & Talent, ER, Shares team, and third-party suppliers.
- Provide line management to a team of reward specialists, focusing on their development and coaching.

Experience You\'ll Need:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in the governance and design of benefit programs and HR processes. Knowledge of US benefit programs is a plus, as is an awareness of the UK workplace pension requirements.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage projects within timelines and budgets, efficiently allocating resources to meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively engage stakeholders, gather input, and keep them informed about policy and process developments.
- Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and developing teams, fostering the growth of future reward professionals.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and straightforward benefits, policy, and procedure documents, as well as effective communication with stakeholders and employees.
