Based at our R&D facility at Rotherwas, due to continuing growth of the company, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior RF Engineer to join the design team working on a range of state-of-the-art search and rescue products for the aviation industry.


Requisite capabilities/ experience


Minimum 5 years experience developing RF products Design of RF Transceiver Circuits and Modules RF / Microwave simulation tools Design for Test / Design for Manufacture EMC requirements and testing Use of laboratory equipment PCB design software (Altium Designer)
Key Responsibilities


Production of RF Hardware specification documentation Design of RF hardware Transmitter / Receiver circuits and modules Mentoring junior engineers System test and debugging Validation reporting Support for existing products and new product development

Full Time Position


Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening or bank holiday working. Salary commensurate with experience. Free internal training provided as required. Opportunities to progress, promote internally and up skill.

Due to the nature of the business being a manufacturing environment, working from home arrangements are not available.
