Senior RMN - Mental Health & Substance Misuse

Remote (with occasional travel across South Wales)

Full-Time | Permanent

We are working in partnership with a respected

mental health provider

to recruit an experienced and proactive

Senior RMN

to support services across

South Wales

.

This is a flexible

remote-based opportunity

, with occasional travel to clinical sites across the region. The role will focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex mental health needs, including those affected by

substance misuse

.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert clinical oversight and support across services Conduct assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure high standards of care Support staff development through training, mentoring, and supervision Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to clinical governance Deliver guidance on managing mental health presentations and dual diagnosis Support service improvement projects and quality initiatives

What We're Looking For:

NMC Registered Nurse - Mental Health (RMN) Extensive post-registration experience in mental health services Experience or qualification in

drug and alcohol

/substance misuse (desirable) Confident working autonomously and regionally Strong leadership, organisational, and clinical decision-making skills Willing to travel across South Wales when needed
