to recruit an experienced and motivated
Senior RNLD
to support their specialist services across
South Wales
.
This is a unique and flexible
remote-based role
, with occasional travel to clinical sites. You'll play a key leadership role in delivering and enhancing person-centred care for individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and additional needs related to
substance misuse
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical support and advice to services across the region
Monitor and improve care quality, safety, and compliance
Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and audits
Mentor and supervise junior staff, contributing to training and development
Support service users with dual diagnosis (learning disabilities and substance misuse)
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior management
What We're Looking For:
NMC Registered Nurse - Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
Significant post-registration experience in learning disabilities or mental health services
Experience or qualification in
drug and alcohol
services (desirable)
Confident in working independently and across multiple service settings
Strong leadership, organisational, and clinical skills
Willingness to travel across South Wales when required
