Overseeing all stock tracking and sales admin on site, a successful SENIOR SALEROOM ADMINISTRATOR will maintain the most efficient working processes and to drive for continuous improvement through the development of the salerooms.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all admin & sale responsibilities
Stock allocation and security
Management of vendor manifests and reporting
Responsible for all vendor referencing, de-branding and labelling on site
Responsible for all solds/not solds vendor accountability, allocation and re-entry on site
Data input & quality - typing, vendor referencing, descriptions, RRP's
Oversee saleroom quality and efficiency of photography and typing
Handing out data entry and reporting
Arranging break allocation, working methods and practices
Creating of sale IDs and passing onto sale rooms
Stock tracking from delivery to sale
Weekly finance report
Daily delivery report
Ensuring vendors have the correct reference in all sales
Ensuring VAT and Commission all of vendors are correct
Ensuring VAT and Commission all of sales are correct
Vendor reporting to Business Development
Sale amendments
Ensuring Categories are added to sale lots
Sending the overview and previews to marketing
Extended Operational Responsibilities
Good stock and vendor knowledge
Vendor/sale/photo and description checks and sign off
Staff Allocation
People Development
Training - toolbox talks
Overseeing the training and ensuring sign off of all on the job training for new staff
Back to work Interviews / other investigations
Complete probationary reviews
Complete performance improvement plans where necessary

Qualification, Skills & Experience required:
No specific qualifications
Experience of working within the John Pye Sales Room environment is advantageous
