We are seeking a motivated, ambitious and dynamic Senior Sales and Valuations Advisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in facilitating property sales and valuations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while maximising business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, great interpersonal connections and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. Promotion and management responsibilities are also available for the successful candidat.
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing tailored advice on sales and lettings options.
Conduct valuations and viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits to potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and market trends using administrative tools.
Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies that attract new clients and promote available properties.
Stay updated on local property market conditions, regulations, and trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and online listings, ensuring they are appealing and informative.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients from various backgrounds.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the property market.
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property management is advantageous.
