Senior Sales Advisor

to play a key role in driving performance and supporting our clients at a higher level.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will manage more complex client conversations and provide a higher level of guidance through the early stages of the claims process. This role suits someone with a strong sales background and a deeper understanding of legal or claims-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from qualified leads Conduct detailed client fact-finds with confidence and professionalism Clearly explain claims processes and potential outcomes Identify client eligibility and ensure compliance standards are met Maintain accurate CRM records Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Act as a point of support and best-practice example for junior team members
Requirements

Minimum

6 months' sales experience

Law degree or experience working within a legal firm

(desirable) Strong negotiation and influencing skills Excellent communication and client-handling ability High attention to detail and compliance awareness Confident, professional, and target-driven approach
