Position: Senior Sales Assistant
Location: Cardiff
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Working days: 5 days over 7 (including weekends + Bank Holidays)
Salary: On target earnings of 35,000-55,000+ (including a phenomenal basic salary + bonus + commission). We pay commission the very next month, so you don't have to wait for 12+ weeks for items to be delivered before getting your commission, like with our competitors!

We are looking for Senior Sales Assistants to work in our 24th brand new, flagship store in Cardiff, which will be opening in December 2025!
We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in a similar industry that breathe sales, love developing a team and have amazing customer service standards!
The successful candidate will currently be in a high performing Sales role, ready to take the next step in their retail career. We are looking for

Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, demonstrate and sell our products to customers
Deal with all customer queries in a professional manner, in line with company procedures
Skills:
- Must have experience of sales
- Experience of working within sales and retail/FMCG
- Must have strong selling skills and persuasive communication
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Awareness of KPIs, expectations and deadlines
