Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries effectively Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets Upsell and recommend additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive shopping environment Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience

Skills

Proven experience in customer service and retail sales environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products effectively Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new product information

Pay: 24,420.00-51,649.77 per year
