Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our Team, working in our Department Stores (Selfridges or Harrods). You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends and ideally be able to work across all shifts.



As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales in our partner's retail stores by keeping a strong and detailed approach on the wants and needs of the business. Ideally, you will have a strong sales background, good knowledge of stock control and a proven track record of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Driven towards set sales targets for week and month. Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment. Clienteling, building strong relationships with returning customers to drive sales. Driving sell throughs on slow sellers. Responsibility and accountability of sales in key department stores and other wholesale partners Stock Management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment Creation of a detailed review of the business and product at the end of each season, including good competitor awareness of product and sale periods. Building key relationships with store managers and teams (as appropriate).

Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

Knowledge of the fashion market, preferably denim. Previous retail experience or relevant customer related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.) denim experience & department store experience preferred. Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge Proven track record in achieving sales results. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks Ability to work with a diverse client base. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to adapt.
