Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in the Visitor Centre, which is located on King's Parade opposite the College.


Reporting to the Retail Manager, the successful candidate will work alongside a team of permanent and seasonal Sales Assistants maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation.


As the Senior Sales Assistant, they will step in as supervisor to the team in the absence of the Retail Manager and be a key holder. They will always champion first-class customer service and should have significant previous experience in a retail environment.
