Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Sales Focus:
The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service is critical.
Property Matching:
Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties.
Client Interaction:
Telephone:
Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
Face-to-face:
Confidence for meetings, conducting viewings, and meeting vendors (existing and potential).
Communication:
Clear and professional communication, face to face and via email, is essential
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
Teamwork & Independence:
Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
Fast-Paced Environment:
The role is target-driven, so the ability to work efficiently, under pressure is important.
Essential Requirements:
Experience:
Proven ability to work successfully in a sales environment.
Driving:
Full driving license and access to a car.
Availability:
Full-time position, working on a rota basis over five days between Monday and Sunday, typically including at least one weekend day per week.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary:
27,000 p.a.
Commission:
Highly competitive commission structure based on both individual and team sales targets.
