The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic and personable
Senior
Sales Consultant
to join and lead our expanding team. In this hybrid role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners and businesses, helping them transition to solar energy and heat pump systems whilst also supporting our existing team of sales consultants. You'll also work closely with our service and maintenance division, reconnecting with past customers to offer upgrades and service plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct desktop consultations with prospective clients
Team management
Respond to inbound enquiries, assessing needs and project timelines
Prepare tailored proposals and estimates using our internal quoting tools
Present technical information clearly and confidently to a range of audiences - from data-savvy customers to those seeking peace of mind
Build lasting relationships with high-value clients, including high-net-worth individuals with premium properties
Manage your diary and schedule to ensure efficient use of time
Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding our commitment to quality and integrity
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience, ideally with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
Experience in renewable energy is essential
Experience in managing a hybrid team
Comfortable explaining technical systems in a clear, customer-friendly way
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-starter with solid organisation and time management abilities
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Confident working with a broad spectrum of clients, from engineers to homeowners
A genuine passion for sustainability and the renewable energy industry
What we can we do for you:
Annual salary starting at 36,000 with commission on top
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days required for Christmas shutdown)
