We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Consultant to help manage and progress our sales, manage our vendor contacts, and of course sell houses. Your job will be to liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other stakeholders. Communication skills are key. We aim to complete sales as quickly as possible with the least amount of stress to our clients.

What we can offer
A basic salary of 24,000 - 28,000 depending on experience and skill set Realistic OTE of 32,000 plus (uncapped) Progression opportunities depending on your skills and achievements A fun working environment A culture of learning and improving
The hours are 37.5 hours a week with some Saturdays, in exchange for a lieu day during the week. In addition to the basic salary, generous bonus and commission schemes, we offer a pension scheme, all tem members get their birthday off on us, and we have a holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
Estate Agency or Conveyancing experience is essential for this role.
