Senior Sales Coordinator

Norwich, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

HelpAlert supports older people to live safely and independently at home. We provide personal alarms and 24/7 monitoring and work closely with families, carers and local organisations across the UK.

We are growing steadily and are now looking for a confident Sales Coordinator to take ownership of our inbound sales pipeline and help convert enquiries into customers. This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking to people, following things through properly and seeing clear results from their work.

The role

You will manage warm inbound enquiries from first contact through to outcome. Every enquiry comes from someone who has already reached out to us. There is no cold calling.

Your day to day work will include:

-Speaking with families and carers to understand their situation and explain our service clearly

-Managing your own pipeline and knowing exactly what needs follow up and when

-Progressing conversations towards a clear outcome rather than letting them drift

-Following up quotes and undecided enquiries in a timely and professional way

-Booking calls or demonstrations where appropriate

-Keeping clear notes so nothing is missed

You will work closely with the founder and wider team, particularly on more complex or time sensitive cases. This is not a support role. You will be trusted to manage your own workload and take responsibility for results.

What we are looking for

-We are looking for someone who:

-Is confident speaking on the phone and comfortable guiding conversations

-Is organised and proactive with follow ups

-Enjoys owning a pipeline and working towards clear outcomes

-Communicates clearly and calmly

-Takes pride in doing things properly

Experience in estate agency, recruitment, account management, customer success, healthcare or other customer facing roles would suit this position well. Formal sales training is not required, but confidence and follow through are essential.

Salary and bonus

Base salary of 26,000 to 29,000 depending on experience

In addition to base pay, the role includes a clear and achievable performance bonus based on completed sign ups and monthly targets. Strong performers can realistically earn 35,000 to 40,000 in their first year.

Why join HelpAlert

-You will be trusted with responsibility from day one

-You will work with a service that genuinely helps people

-You will have a clear view of your impact and performance

-There is room to grow as the business continues to scale
