The Role:
As a
Senior Sales Development Representative
, you'll go beyond lead generation. You'll act as a true pipeline partner - sourcing, qualifying, and strategically nurturing opportunities. You'll be part of a high-impact team focused on creating pipeline across key industries including Retail, Ecommerce, Consumer Electronics, Beauty, and beyond.
This is a hybrid role that blends outbound execution, inbound qualification, campaign development, and team leadership. You'll be trusted to think outside the box, lead by example, and bring fresh energy to our prospecting engine.
What you'll do:
Promote parcelLab's solutions through
persistent, timely, and personalised outreach
across email, phone, social media, and video
Own your territory's top-of-funnel motion: sourcing and qualifying high-potential leads
Conduct
in-depth discovery
calls and provide actionable insights to ensure strong AE handoffs
Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for
meetings booked
and
qualified opportunities created
Research accounts and identify additional contacts through structured and creative outreach
Nurture leads
over time with targeted messaging to ensure parcelLab stays top of mind
Partner closely with Regional Sales Leads and Account Executives to build pipeline in strategic accounts
Support new logo acquisition by developing outreach strategies and executing cross-channel campaigns
Handle inbound leads
that fall outside our core ICP - qualify and redirect as needed
Attend industry and marketing events to represent parcelLab and generate pipeline
Maintain detailed and accurate activity in Salesforce and other sales tools
What we're looking for:
2+ years in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role, with
proven success in outbound pipeline creation
Comfortable reaching out to C-Level executives and navigating complex sales cycles
You're
fearless on the phone
, confident with video and voice notes, and proactive in your outreach
Strong discovery skills and the ability to connect pain points with parcelLab's value
Collaborative mindset - able to work closely with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps
Experience using Salesforce, Sales Engagement Platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tech
Natural curiosity and strong commercial awareness
Located in the UK, with a strong preference for London

Bonus Points:
Experience selling to Retail, Ecommerce, Logistics, or MarTech buyers
Experience working in a high-growth, remote-first SaaS environment
