GB Controls Ltd is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Lancashire.

Based in the Northwest the company is a long-established electrical engineering business engaged in the design and manufacture of control panels for commercial and industrial applications, principally commercial refrigeration, heat pumps, building management systems and HVAC.

In line with our long-term growth plans we currently have a new vacancy for a Senior Sales Engineer to assist the engineering team.

Reporting to the directors, the main duties of the role will be to interpret customer enquiries and produce an engineered solution, including commercial quotation.

The role will require liaison with existing customers, following up on quotations, and making contact with potential new customers for sales opportunities.

Importantly, applicants will also be responsible for producing case studies, marketing information and content for the company's website, social media feeds and promotional activities.

Candidates should either have an HNC in Electrical Engineering, or have an ONC coupled with relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will also have recent experience of working in the refrigeration or HVAC industries. Control Panel Engineers from other industries will also be considered.

Experience of a similar sales role would be a distinct advantage. A full UK driving licence is also required.
