What You'll Do:


As

Senior Sales Manager

, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and forging lasting client relationships.


Proactively source new clients through networking, research, and outreach Convert leads and opportunities into confirmed business Set the standard for customer service and guest satisfaction Share feedback and insight in department meetings to elevate performance Deliver engaging client presentations and sales pitches Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to hotel leadership Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

What You'll Bring

:

Proven experience in hospitality sales, ideally in meetings, events, or corporate contracts A results-driven approach and passion for exceeding targets Strong relationship-building and account management skills Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills Commercial awareness and ability to analyse market data Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as needed UK Drivers License Preferred
