To support our scaling plans, VeryConnect is hiring a high-calibre Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the UK, EU, and US. This role is for an A-Player who consistently delivers results, manages a disciplined sales process and takes full ownership of revenue performance.
We provide high-value CRM platforms for mid to large membership organisations in our 3 key territories. This is a strategic, consultative sale to senior decision-makers - not a transactional environment and not a place for average performers.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
100%+ quota attainment across 4 straight quarters
2:1 late stage pipeline coverage ratio built and maintained
Avg sales cycle ? 90 days for ICP deals
Forecasting accuracy ? 85% inside 30 days of close
In-depth, technical product knowledge acquired in first 90 days
CRM hygiene: every opp updated weekly with value, close date, next steps
Self-generated pipeline: minimum 50% sourced without Lead Gen team
Every deal handed over cleanly to CS with SoW docs and intro call
