The Role


We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to help drive business growth and expand our client base in the commercial and industrial cleaning sector. This is a key role for a confident professional who thrives on building relationships, winning large contracts, and managing complex bids from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities within the commercial and corporate sectors. Lead and manage large-scale tenders and bids, ensuring professional and competitive submissions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders both internally and externally. Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of new contracts. Oversee elements of project management during client onboarding and implementation. Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting directly to senior management.

Requirements



Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the services, facilities, or commercial sectors. Strong experience handling large tenders/bids from start to completion. Some project management experience or exposure to implementation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Energetic, robust, and charismatic personality with the confidence to engage at senior levels. Full UK driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel as required within the West Yorkshire area.
