Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organisational targets within designated markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and market trends to tailor sales approaches effectively. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently. Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to senior management. Support the onboarding of new clients and coordinate post-sales activities to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements



Proven experience in direct mail sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic decision-making. Proficiency with Sage is ideal for quoting and managing client relationships effectively. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored for diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Organised with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently. A proactive attitude with resilience in overcoming challenges and objections. Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
