Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Conversion (KPI-Driven)
Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to
convert leads into sales
.
Meet and exceed KPI targets related to
client conversion rates, retention, and revenue growth
.
Follow up with leads to maximize engagement and
increase booking rates
.
Identify upselling opportunities by recommending health check-up packages and IV drip therapies.
2. Client Relationship Management
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, online chat, and email, providing
professional consultation on health and clinical treatments

Deliver an
exceptional customer experience
, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Resolve customer concerns effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
3. Operational Support & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records and track client interactions to improve sales strategies.
Assist in optimizing customer workflows to improve conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Sales-Oriented & KPI Driven Professional
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and private client acquisition. Experienced in managing the customer funnel and driving a closed-loop sales process. While medical industry knowledge is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates with a healthcare or medical background will be given priority.

Fluent in English (Professional Level)
