About the role.





We're looking for a driven and curious Senior Sales Executive to help shape the future of our PR & Marketing Services division.


This is your chance to work across a portfolio of well-known brands including Mediapoint, Hydrogen, Sticky, and PA Media Assignments, while driving new business and building relationships with some of the UK's most recognised organisations.


You'll play a key role in expanding our client base (already over 500 organisations strong), developing consultative sales relationships, and representing products that help communications professionals stay ahead of the news.

What you'll be doing



Driving growth and building relationships





Identify and engage new prospects, building trusted relationships from first contact through to close. Listen to clients' PR and communications challenges and match them with solutions that deliver real impact. Present confidently to decision-makers across corporate, consumer, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Owning your sales success





Manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to contract close, with the autonomy to shape your approach. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop strategies that unlock new markets and opportunities. Work closely with Marketing to maximise leads, build prospect lists, and enhance sales automation.

Being part of a collaborative team





Contribute ideas that shape product development and team strategy. Partner with colleagues across our agencies to deliver joined-up solutions. Celebrate wins, share learnings, and help others succeed along the way.

You should apply if ...



You can demonstrate proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals confidently. You have a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. You have excellent communication skills and a consultative, customer-first mindset. You are an entrepreneurial thinker with a growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new approaches. You have strong organisational and CRM skills to manage multiple opportunities efficiently.


It would also be great if you have:

Experience in B2B, SaaS or media sales. Exposure to structured sales methodologies such as SPIN or Challenger. A passion for media, communications and helping brands tell their stories.
