What we're looking for:
With an ambitious growth trajectory over the coming months and years, we're looking to supercharge our Sales function with experienced Sales professionals who have carved a career in the world of Technology Services. Reporting into our VP of Revenue, your role is to bring in new business as well as coaching our Junior Sales Executives.
We're looking for a consultative, relationship-driven salesperson who thrives on creating and delivering value-led propositions. You'll be confident engaging with prospective clients, identifying and developing new opportunities across 2i's target markets.
As a strategic thinker, you'll connect client needs with 2i's broad range of services expertise to shape meaningful, long-term partnerships. You'll communicate with clarity and influence at all levels, collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Above all, you'll be outcomes-focused and comfortable working to quarterly sales metrics, naturally curious, and motivated to contribute to 2i's ambitious growth plans.
You'll need to be...
Proven track record in selling services or consulting solutions, within Technology Services.
Demonstrable experience managing complex sales cycles, from lead generation through to negotiation and closure.
Comfortable working to ambitious sales targets which will be reported against to our Executive Board.
Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic challenges and shaping consultative solutions.
Evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets, with experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Strong understanding of contract structures, pricing models, and bid/tender processes typical in the services and consulting space.
Your day job will look like...
Generate some of your own leads to open up new client conversations.
Work with the Business Development team on leads they will provide you with.
Hold initial conversations with prospective clients from first conversation.
Own the development of sales proposals, with inputs from our technical teams where required.
Propose events to attend to enable networking for both brand awareness and new business.
Understand the importance of sales reporting and metrics in a business our size scale using our CRM system as the golden source of truth to log all of your activity.
Maintain an in-depth and up to date knowledge of the ever-changing trends within the wider tech market and specifically within Quality Engineering, our competitors, and our target market sectors.
