Senior Sales Executive
to accelerate our next stage of growth.

with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or proptech. You know how to win new business, hit aggressive targets, and thrive under pressure. This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact

Requirements
5+ years of proven sales experience
(B2B SaaS, software, or solutions selling).
Ideally 3+ years in proptech
or selling into estate agencies/property developers.
Strong track record of
hitting and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets
.
Confident running
full sales cycles
: prospecting ? demos ? negotiation ? closing.
Experience selling to C-level, founders, and decision-makers.
Highly competitive mindset -- thrives in performance-driven environments.
Strong communicator with excellent objection-handling skills.
Ability to work
full-time from our office
(London).
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup; adapts quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Run high-quality demos for estate agencies and developers.
Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Close deals consistently and maximise conversion rates.
Work closely with founders & product to provide feedback on customer needs.
Collaborate with CS on smooth onboarding to reduce churn and increase NRR.
Represent Bridge AI at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
Operate with urgency and ownership -- move fast, deliver results.
