Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive highly experienced and proficient in face to face closing to join our team at Frosts Garden Centre in Woburn Sands. The ideal candidate should be used to a low basic with the opportunity of great commission earning potential. Our top sellers earn between 70-100K per annum OTE. Experience selling high end products in any of the following areas including : furniture, doors, windows, conservatories, garden buildings or home furnishings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends with two days off during the week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing director to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilise our CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Experience:
- A good understanding of timber structures, garden rooms or similar is beneficial
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience using CRM software is preferred
